level 2 update

During Alert Level 2, all services will be operational, and our showroom will be open. We will be implementing contact tracing measures to gather details of everyone who visits our showroom or workshop. Our online shop is also open and we are available to assist with your order over the phone. The protection of our team, customers and delivery partners through high hygiene standards and safety measures is our utmost priority through this time.

what are we doing to ensure we comply

1.) From the 8th April, we have been accepting orders online via our website, email or phone (09)307 2060. Our Showroom is open during Alert Level 2.

2.) We follow all appropriate public health measures when fulfilling orders (including but not limited to – 1 metre distancing, sanitising hands upon entry and exit, all work areas cleaned and surfaces sanitised between shifts.

3.) Delivery will be completed direct to customers via contactless delivery for machines via Owens Transport, and NZ couriers for parts orders. **Lead time – usually maximum will be 2 business days before dispatch. Pickup is now available.

We require pre-payment (via bank transfer) in full for all purchases before we ship during alert level-3. Screenshot of bank transfer confirmation required before shipping.

We are now offering our usual customisations and installation options, and if you’re interested in personalising your machine or booking a service, we are happy to help your realise those plans via phone or email. If you require install or filtration for your machine,  please get in touch.

We’ve have been experiencing high demand for certain items over recent weeks – in some cases this has caused a pressure on our ability also to supply certain items. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

What does contactless delivery mean for delivery of coffee machines – identified by Owens Transport,

Always maintain 2 metre distancing

No signature required on delivery in the event a receiver is unable to sign a delivery receipt outside the 2-metre safety zone, and with their own pen.

In the event of ‘no signature’ our drivers will request the receiver’s full name for identification.

Please provide a contact name and phone number to assist all deliveries.

For delivery relating to parts orders – identified by NZ Couriers

Delivery driver arrives at your premises and alerts you that they have arrived e.g. knock on your door

Delivery driver will stand about 2 meters away from you and ask for your name, then they will enter it and sign CV-19 on your behalf (this will show in the tracking information)

They’ll then place your parcel down in front of them to complete the delivery or in a more appropriate place you indicate e.g. the doorstep
