How do I receive my gift card?
It’s simple. When you purchase a qualifying machine through our online store, your digital gift card will be generated and emailed to you once your order is completed.
On the checkout page, we’ll ask if you want the digital gift card sent to your email address or someone else’s.
Make sure to check your email post purchase. You can email us at home.nz@lamarzocco.com if you require any assistance.
Your gift card comes with a unique code, ready to use at checkout on eligible products in the La Marzocco Home online store.
Purchasing your machine in-store? Your gift card can also be issued digitally and sent to your email address.
What can I spend my gift card on?
Your gift card can be used towards eligible products in our online store, including grinders, accessories, coffee equipment and more.
Please note that gift cards from this promotion cannot be used to purchase espresso machines or packages.
Can I use my gift card across multiple orders?
Absolutely. You don’t need to spend the full amount in one go.
Your gift card works as store credit, so you can use part of the balance on one order and save the remainder for another purchase.
For example, if you receive an $800 gift card and spend $250 on accessories, you’ll have $550 remaining to use on a future order. Your remaining balance is retained against the same gift card code.
It’s a little more flexibility to build your ideal home coffee setup, one piece at a time.
How do I redeem my gift card?
- Choose your products. Browse the La Marzocco Home online store and add your eligible items to your cart.
- Apply your gift card. Enter your unique gift card code at checkout. If you follow the link in your gift card email, your code may be applied automatically.
- Enjoy your credit. Your available balance will be applied to your eligible purchase. If your order costs more than your remaining balance, you can pay the difference using another payment method.
- Keep your code. If you haven’t used the full balance, retain your gift card code for your next purchase.
How long is my gift card valid for?
Your promotional gift card is valid for three years from the date of issue.
We recommend keeping your gift card email somewhere safe so you can easily access your code and remaining balance when you’re ready to shop.
