All home machines purchased from La Marzocco Home comes with 24-month home use only warranty from date of purchase with the registered buyer. Warranties are checked by serial numbers.

Whilst your warranty is valid regardless, registering your warranty via our online form makes any warranty claims quicker and easier to manage.

A deposit will secure a machine order, you can either pay a deposit and remainder prior to dispatch of the machine or in one payment. Fully payment must be received prior to collection or dispatch.

maintenance:


It’s recommended to clean the dispersion screen and screw daily. It’s recommended to backflush the brewing system weekly. For more information, please refer to the instruction manual or app.

It should take around 5 – 10 minutes to clean the machine with espresso cleaner powder.

Water must meet La Marzocco specifications or it may void the warranty. Please refer to your instruction manual.

It’s recommended to have your machine professionally service every 12 months. To book a service please find it here.
