Our rates are $105/hr +GST for labour

A typical Linea Mini/Micra service takes 1.5-2.5 hours and costs $200-450, depending on condition

A typical GS3 service takes 2-3 hours and costs $250-500, depending on condition

Our rates are $105/hr +GST for technician travel time (rounded to the nearest 15min; return trip from Parnell)

Parking charges (when applicable) are passed on at cost, so please let us know if you have a free parking space you’d like us to use

Water treatment and grinder servicing costs are additional (e.g. filter cartridge change, grinder burr change)

Generally speaking, the younger your machine the better condition it will be in, and the lower the service cost.

• Use only water that meets the requirements published in the User Manual
• Switch the machine off if it won’t be needed for a while – the Auto on/off Schedule in the La Marzocco Home app is a great way to manage this
• Keep the machine clean
