1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this competition is La Marzocco Home New Zealand, in conjunction with participating resellers.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand only.
2.2. Employees of La Marzocco New Zealand, its affiliates, participating resellers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
3.1. The promotion begins on 16 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 30 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, purchase a La Marzocco Home Linea Mini, Linea Micra, GS3 AV, or GS3 MP during the Promotional Period from La Marzocco Home New Zealand or a participating reseller.
4.2. Each eligible machine purchase automatically qualifies as one entry into the draw.
4.3. Entry is linked to the serial number of the purchased espresso machine.
4.4. Entrants must retain proof of purchase as verification may be required.
5. Prize Details
5.1. There are five (5) La Marzocco Pico grinders to be won, each valued at $1,799.00 inc GST available in black or white.
5.2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.3. If a winner has purchased a La Marzocco Pico grinder along with their eligible espresso machine during the Promotional Period, and is drawn as a winner, they will receive a refund for the cost of their Pico grinder instead of being awarded an additional grinder.
6. Prize Draw and Notification
6.1. The prize draw will be conducted at random on 1 Decmeber 2025 at “La Marzocco New Zealand headquarters”.
6.2. Winners will be notified directly by La Marzocco via phone or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.3. The decision of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1. Prizes will be delivered to winners within 30 days after the closing date.
7.2. In the event of low stock or back-order delays, La Marzocco will notify affected winners within the 30-day period, and the prize will be supplied once available.
8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information collected for the purposes of this promotion will be handled in accordance with La Marzocco’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. Entrant information will not be shared with third parties except as required for administering this promotion.
9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, La Marzocco Home New Zealand and participating resellers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury (direct or indirect) arising from participation in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize.
9.2. La Marzocco Home New Zealand reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who provides false information.
10. General
10.1. La Marzocco Home New Zealand reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
10.2. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
